Customer Service Specialist 客服专员
岗位职责:1. Primary contact window for customers for daily work such as enquiry- coding- quotations. 作为和客户对接的主要窗口每日处理和跟踪客户的询价,报价。2. KANBAN data management, follow up with customer for demanding info and pass to planning team accurately and follow up with stock status. 看板数据管理,跟踪客户的需求并准确传达给计划部门,跟踪库存管理。3. Handle order processing and all the other paper work. 订单处理及其他工作。4. Coordinate with other internal departments on deliveries, invoices, etc.. 出货, 开票等方面与公司内部其他部门进行协调。5. AR collection and reconciliation. 应收账款收集和对帐。6. Handle and resolve customer complaints. 处理并解决客户投诉。7. Customer master data maintenance, contract management, internal sales process routing. 客户信息数据的维护,合同管理,内部销售流程管理。8. Out bound call for small customers to find opportunities for business development. 小客户的电话拜访以挖掘生意机会。9. Show a strong work ethic and do whatever is necessary to accomplish targets and demonstrate a desire to succeed in your objectives. 需要拥有极强的工作积极性,动用所有力量来完成目标。10. Keep studying fastener knowledge to provide better service to customer, collect documentations on market/customer intelligence and do analysis. 不断学习紧固件知识以便更好的服务客户,收集市场信息并进行分析。11. Other task as assign by superior. 完成其他上级主管交办的任务。任职要求:1. Bachelor degree or above. 大专或大专以上学历。2. Good at English both oral and written, CET 6 is preferred. 英语良好, 六级优先。3. Good at MS Office. 熟悉办公软件。4. At least 1 year working experience in multi-national company. 至少1年以上跨国公司类似工作经验。5. Proficient in SAP. SAP 熟练。6. Effective communication skill is highly demanded. 良好的沟通技巧。7. Detail-minded, well-organized and service-oriented. 做事注重细节,有条理, 有良好服务意识。
