Sales Support Assistant销售支持助理
岗位职责:1. Proactive to support and assist sales team to ensure greatest customer satisfaction through whole sales cycle.积极主动支持、协助销售团队,确保客户满意。2. Support and assist sales to make quotation and ascertain order accuracy, track and expedite orders. 支持并协助报价,核实订单准确率、跟踪并加快完成订单。3. Support and assist sales team to maintain and update the master data of customer in system. 支持并协助销售团队维护、更新系统中客户的主要数据。4. Act as liaison between sales team and cross function team, coordinate in team endeavors. 协调销售团队和跨职能团队,共同完成目标。5. Coordinate and follow with company’s SOP process & policy to support sales team to expedite through whole sales cycle. 协调并跟进公司的标准操作程序及政策,支持销售团队,缩短销售周期。任职要求:1. Above college degree and minimum 1 year equivalent experience would be perfect. 大专以上学历,且拥有 1 年以上的相关工作经验的优先。2. 1 year of relevant work experience. Sales assistant, sales support or customer service experiences would be good. 具备相关行业一年工作经验。做过销售助理,销售支持或客户服务的优先。3. Good communication skills. Capable of speaking in an effective and influential manner. 具备良好的沟通技巧。表达清晰有力。4. Computer software skills, such as excel, word, are basic needs. SAP operation skills will be a good plus. 会操作基本的办公软件,如excel,word等。熟悉SAP系统的优先。5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. 能够适应快节奏的工作、调节压力、同时处理多项任务。6. Good team work spirits and patience to deal with trivial things. 具备良好的团队合作精神,能够耐心处理各种琐碎事务。
