岗位职责：1 .Develop core module of WEB project ( new e-commerce website)， solve technical problem of this project;开发电子商务网站项目的核心模块（新电子商务网站），解决项目中遇到的技术难题；2. Participate in system demand analysis and design， responsible for core codes， participate in interface specification design to realize the integration of website and enterprise’s internal IT systems;参与系统需求分析和系统架构设计，负责核心代码的撰写，参与系统与企业内部IT系统的接口设计；3. Operate and maintain the new website; 新网站上线之后的维护工作；4. Develop codes of SEO project for new website ; 负责新网站的SEO工作；5. Develop codes of user experience optimization for new website; 支持新网站的用户体验优化工作；6. Improve technical abilities of team members. 不断提升团队成员的技术开发能力。岗位要求：1. BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent major 本科学历以上，计算机相关专业2. At least 2 years managing a development team of at least 2 programmers. 至少有2年带领开发小团队的经验，开发小团队至少包括2个以上的程序员3. At least 5 years of website development experience in the following areas: 至少5年在以下领域的开发经验：o Developing user interfaces 接口开发o jQuery / JavaScript， HTML/ CSS o .NET framework， ASP.NET and C# o Python4. Experience with .NET unit test frameworks or similar. 有.NET单元测试框架或类似的经验。5. Understand the system architecture design of e-commerce website. 对电子商务网站的系统结构有一定的理解。6. Experience working in a structured web development environment， preferably Agile SCRUM web project. 拥有结构化的Web开发环境下的工作经验， Agile Scrum的Web项目优先。7. Have e-commerce website development or project management experience is a plus拥有知名电商企业的网页开发和项目管理经验者优先。
