KA客户电话销售 Direct Marketing Account Manager

Job responsibilities

1.以电话沟通为主要方式,完成区域客户的开拓,开发新客户并完成新客户指标;
2. 以电话沟通为主要方式,维护区域内老客户,销售固安捷产品,促成订单并完成销售指标;
3.负责区域内商务谈判、合同拟定、协议签署,包括大型外资企业、集团公司;
4.制定客户开发和维护策略,管理区域内客户群体,发展客户关系,渗透客户;
5.及时与部门经理或主管沟通,完成经理交代的工作任务;
6.很好的与相关部门进行沟通、协调处理工作中的相关问题.
1.Promote Grainger China through telephone, develop region customer and acquire new customer to hit the target.
2.To collect market information on competitors, customers, products, and suppliers ; Tell them what Grainger can do to meet their supply needs.
3.Responsible for business negotiation, contract, agreement, including the large Foreign company and corporate account.
4. Develop relationships with the buyers at customer companies.
5. Report to manager on time, as well as keep good relationship with other colleagues
6.Good communication with cross function team and deal the problem;

Job requirements

1.大专以上学历,机电类相关专业优先考虑;
2.两年以上机械设备或相关行业电话销售经验优先考虑;
3.熟练操作电脑;
4.良好的沟通交流能力,特别是电话沟通技巧,富有工作激情和团队精神;
5.积极主动的对待各种挑战和机会。良好的交流能力,富有工作激情和团队精神;
1.College degree or above (Major in Mechanical,engineering or related preferred).
2.At least 2 years inside sales experience in Mechanical equipment or related.
3.Good PC skill.
4.Strong communication skill, especially telephone skill, work passion and teamwork spirit.
5.Positive attitude and good initiative in dealing with challenges and and opportunities.
